Once a year the National Zoo turns into a giant light display for the annual ZooLights celebration/festival/activity. In addition to the light displays all around the zoo there was a skating rink, a gingerbread house competition and a model train display. Unfortunately we didn’t get to see Panda Claws, and all the animals were asleep but the ZooLight Animals were just as great!
